We provide several existing plugins (ConnectWise, Outlook, and Salesforce) that are designed to make our industry-leading voice services even better. With several more to roll out this year and the beginning of 2021, we are providing customers the following convenience & time-saving features:
- Click to Dial: Users can click any phone number in ConnectWise Manage, Outlook, and Salesforce to immediately start a call off your desk phone or the browser-based UC Client.
- Screen Pops: When receiving an inbound call, if the caller matches an entry in the user’s Company or Contact list, the plugin displays a link to their Company or Contact details.
- Call Logging: Calls are automatically logged in ConnectWise Manage, Outlook, and Salesforce. for easy access at any time.
