Introduced a new user role called Limited Access. This new role doesn’t require an extension but is limited the Limited Access Profile with a specific permission set. Permissions can be taken away but not added from the determined set. Use cases for this new role include:
Allow for SIP Trunk users the ability to login to manage trunks
Allow for the user to login to view reports
Allow for the user to login to view billing
Allow for the user to view call history
Allow for an external party (i.e. Company Accountant) the ability to login to pull reports
