• Introduced a new user role called Limited Access. This new role doesn’t require an extension but is limited the Limited Access Profile with a specific permission set. Permissions can be taken away but not added from the determined set. Use cases for this new role include:
  • Allow for SIP Trunk users the ability to login to manage trunks
  • Allow for the user to login to view reports 
  • Allow for the user to login to view billing
  • Allow for the user to view call history
  • Allow for an external party (i.e. Company Accountant) the ability to login to pull reports
