• Opt Out Option From Queue: Users have the ability to leave a queue by pressing a DTMF
• Nailed Up Extension: Nailed Up Seats are not counted as an external seat port

The following issues were corrected in this release:

• Nailed Up Extension: Fixed behavior when coaching 
• Accordion: Added a delete button on each accordion to improve usability
• Copy User: Voicemail box copy issues resolved
• Dispositions: Deleted Dispositions do not get displayed in queues
• Tally Code: Ability to delete the last Tally Code
• Configure Email: Ability to update all entry point fields
• Holiday - CSO: More consistent holiday function behavior when the user is switching between Auto Attendants
