Yealink T4-series phones with firmware version 6x.84.0.10 or above can be configured to access Google Contacts through the phone's Directory. Google Contact name information will be displayed as the Caller ID information for matching incoming calls. Google Contacts can not be edited or added through the phone.
Check firmware of your phone
- Press the "OK" button
- Firmware version is displayed in Line 4

Associate Phone with Google Account
- Find your phone's IP Address
- Press the "OK" button
- IP Address is displayed in Line 1
- Open a web browser and enter https://phones_ip_address in the address bar
- Your browser may display a Security Alert. It is safe to continue
- Log into the phone
- User = user
- Password = user
- Click on "Directory" in the top menu
- Click on "Google Contacts" in the side menu
- Ensure that Google Contact Server is set to "Enabled"
- Click on "Sign In"
- An eight-character code will be displayed in Red and another window will pop up so you can log into Google and enter the displayed code. Follow the prompts until "Success! Device connected" is displayed.
Access Google Contacts
- Press the "Menu" softkey
- Navigate to "Directory"
- Select "Google Contact"
Navigate by using the up/down arrows on the phone, or use the numeric keypad to Search for a Contact
The "Detail" softkey will show all of the Contact Information for the selected Contact
The "Send" softkey will call the Primary Phone Number for the selected Contact
Press the "Update" softkey to retrieve any changes to your Contacts
