Holidays are assigned to a full 24-hour period.
Holidays only use a Month and Day, so they should be reviewed on an annual basis
When the system is in Holiday mode, calls to each Phone Number follows their individual "If Holiday" Call Route. This setting can be found at Services > Phone Numbers.
Holidays settings take effect almost immediately. If you assign today's date as a holiday, it will be implemented in approximately five minutes.
To create a Holiday:
- Navigate to Services > Holidays
- Click "New Holiday"
- Enter a description for the Holiday
- Enter the month and day that the system will be in Holiday Mode
- Click Save
To Modify a Holiday
- Navigate to Services > Holidays
- Click on the name of the Holiday that you wish to edit
- Modify the Month and Day for the Holiday
- Click "Save"
