- Log into the TelNexa portal
- Select the Apps icon and navigate to Automation Manager (if you are initially logged into Corenexa Web Client, otherwise you're already there)
- Navigate to Services > Mailbox > Standard
- Click on Number for the Mailbox you need to edit
- Edit the "Password" and "Confirm Password" fields
- Password must be 3 or 4 digits
- Setting the password to match the mailbox number will prompt the user to change the password upon their next login
