*Please keep in mind that you require the scope of Office Manager to view active calls in the portal.
As an Office Manager, the home page should look like below and see the current active calls.
On the right side, it shows the statistics of calls.

Follow the arrow, and click the speaker icon on the same row of the call. Your desk phone will ring just as you are receiving a call. Once you answer it, you will be able to listen in on the active call.
